Directions from major routes in and around Leeds

From M1 Northbound, A1/M1 Southbound Leave M1 at J46 (signed A6120 Leeds East). Follow A6120 Ring Road/Airport until the junction for A660 Otley & Skipton. Turn towards Otley/Skipton and immediately fork left onto Otley Old Road

From M62, leave at J29 and follow signs for M1 North, then as above.

From Bradford take A647 Leeds Road. At Ring Road turn left onto A6120, signed Harrogate/York. Follow A6120 Ring Road until junction with A660 then as above

Local Directions

Once onto Otley Old road, continue for approximately 1.5 miles, past a water tower and fire station. Just past the fire station turn right into Cookridge Hall. Take the right fork of the driveway for Esporta/physiocure
