“Julie has supported me through two pregnancies. I have had two children since 2012 and before pregnancy I was very active at the gym. Through one to one tuition she supported me to remain active and do appropriate pre natal exercise. I developed no problems with my hips or lower back through my pregnancies, I feel the exercises I undertook helped to strengthen this area. After both my children Julie helped me re strengthen my stomach muscles and checked regularly that progress was being made. She also adapted exercises for the early stages of breastfeeding. I would highly recommend Julie and her expertise.”

“I have had a complicated hip condition since childhood resulting in very limited movement in the joint, osteoarthritis and associated chronic back pain. I have been attending Physiocure for over 10 years where Louise and, and lately Eliza, have provided excellent support and care allowing me to maintain mobility and manage my disability.
More recently, following a period of acute immobilising back pain, I have had the great pleasure of working with Karen on a Pilates programme to stabilise my hip joint and strength my core to support my back and manage the pain.
My sessions with Karen have been a revelation, she is so positive, exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced. Her bespoke, holistic exercise plan has taken into account my 'unique hip problem'. After only three sessions my pain has reduced significantly and I am walking and standing better than I have in years. She has even encouraged me to get back in the swimming pool and to make a few positive and healthy choices resulting in losing a bit of weight as well - Everyone should have a Karen in their lives!
Thank you Physiocure for your many years of care and support - my 4th emergency service!”

“I just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you to Karen. I have been suffering for a number of weeks with a chronic neck problem stemming from bad posture sat at a desk all day and was getting quite anxious about the lack of progress and the length of time I had been taking painkillers for.
My first Pilates session with Karen was excellent, she explained all the exercises carefully, and I went away feeling much more positive. I won't say it was a "miracle cure" - but by the following day I was able to reduce the number of painkillers I was taking and, having followed my homework carefully, two weeks later I now feel that my recovery is heading in the right direction.
The second Pilates session today has built on the first, making sure I am doing my exercises correctly (as it's the little details that make such a difference with Pilates) and adding some new ones.
Karen is lovely, and I would thoroughly recommend her as a Pilates instructor.
I am more than happy for you to use this as a testimonial on your website.
When I had a severe ongoing problem with tendonitis in my Achilles it was worked on over a period by Anna Higo, a senior physiotherapist at Physiocure, who also suggested a referral at an early stage for tailored personal training from Tom Higo. Tom, having been fully briefed by Anna, set up a tailored program with regular modification to improve flexibility and keep me in shape during the recovery and rehab process but also to help accelerate the recovery itself as the problem diminished. I am now a convert to the use of this dual approach to recovery from injury. I have also developed a healthy respect for a broader program of exercise than I was previously undertaking, which I have subsequently kept up.

I broke my right wrist and when the cast was taken off I was told by the Consultant to start moving it and over the following 5 weeks I'd hope to improve the mobility to the same as my left wrist. After not making much progress at all in the first 2 weeks I was concerned, but thankfully it was recommended that I see Suzannah at Physiocure. She is extremely knowledgable and went into a lot of detail about the recovery process and what I needed to do. I really warmed to her, she is absolutely lovely and also very funny, she immediately put me at ease. The difference I have seen in the following week is huge and now I'm feeling really positive.I feel very thankful that I had the recommendation and I can't recommend her enough!
Over the last 10 years I have consistently referred patients to the team at Physiocure. The bespoke treatment Anna and Louise offer patients is ideal for the complex hip patients we have in the practice.

I have worked with Anna and Louise for many years now and found them to be exceptional physiotherapists. They have successfully treated many of my more complex shoulder patients, as well as athletes.
I travelled 5 hours by car from my home in Sussex for two days of intensive sessions with many different people in the Physiocure team. I can say without any reservation that not only was it more than worth the trip, but that I would and will do it again, because the care, concern, dedication and professionalism of everyone I encountered at Physiocure was absolutely outstanding.
